Thinspo

It's Monday but I don't plan on eating much tommorrow. At the most I will eat a Special K protein bar. So here is some thinspo












How to be Ana week 2

500 calories a day
Run every night to build endurance
Count calories in your notebook every night
250 crunches a day
Drink 2 glasses water before you eat anything
Do 30 min of extra exercise a night
If you binge at least attempt to purge - punish yourself for the evil things you've done to yourself

How to be Ana :Week one

1000 calories per day
300 crunches
30 minutes of extra cardio at least.
12 glasses of water

Also - print out some thinspo and make a notebook. Count calories and plan your meals in it. Make it inspirational.
So guys I didn't post much this week so I decided to. This week was great and I ran every night and restricted my calories every day. This weekend. Different story. I want to die ... Next post is good!

Tips pt. 1

Drink a glass of water every hour and make sure it is ice cold. It's good for your complexion and burns more calories when your body digests it.
Drink lots of green tea.
Take vitamins- but not on a totally empty stomach
Don't use laxatives or diuretics they don't work
Eat ice or gum when hungry
After every bite of food chew slowly and drink a sip of water.
Buy expensive clothes in small sizes for motivation
Make yourself food but throw it away
Coffee smell suppresses appetite
Curl into a ball to eliminate hunger pains
Chug glasses of water when your hungry

Meal Monday!

So today has actually been great! I went to dance, came home, ran and then got into the pool and swam laps. And I've only eaten a Special K protein bar and 90 calories worth of soup. So that's probably what I will eat tomorrow too. More posts on exercise since I feel like I haven't done many of those. I'm posting some thinspo before bed and possibly something else really neat that is an awesome guide

That Oh shit moment when you haven't posted

So you guys I've been on spring break this past week. I actually just wish I was back at school. The only plus is more sleep. I actually love having school because it gives you more structure and less time to eat. I'm cutting to 175 calories every day when school starts back. And much more rigorous workouts because sports practice is starting Monday.

Meal Monday !!

So I've really been drinking a lot of tea !! Like four 2 cup tumblers a day !! Anyways here is tommorows meal

Breakfast - 2 cups green tea (0)
Two Sunsweet prunes (50)

No lunch

3:00- Detox diet tea (0)

6:30- Progresso light chicken noodle soup : 1/2 can. (70)

So only 120 calories today. Spring break is friday and I've been really depressed lately so I'm trying to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I've done it before so let's give it a go.

What the heck ?!

I'm so breaking. It's like my body just gave up and it's not even attached to my brain. I'm eating anything and everything and I can feel my stomach expanding. But I can't stop. I'm so depressed. It's like if Im not looking at some type of thinspo or concentrating my whole body toward not eating I can't do it. I'm so depressed and it won't come up. I need to fix this now.

Meal Monday again !

So I know I'm supposed to post a meal plan but I'm planning to fast tommorow because I am getting fitted for cheerleading and want to have a flat empty stomach. So I most likely will not eat anything until they end at 5 and I hopefully will have enough willpower to not eat after. Honestly I have been doing terrible lately. I want to die. I need to get myself out of this binge cycle.

Eat this ! It has zero calories

Okay I know things like celery and other vegetables have "negative calories" meaning digesting the food burns more calories than the food. However since my mother is a huge health freak she recently ordered 20 packs of Miracle Noodle Shirataki noodles and rice which really do- on the nutrition facts have 0 calories.Its made of plant fibers and expands in your stomach to make you full ! There a little chewy but they arent that bad! You can read about them and buy them at  http://www.miraclenoodle.com for about $3 or $4 a pack.

How to avoid eating when out with other people

1. Say your allergic
2.Say the food is under or overcooked
3. Say you just dont like the food
4. " Accidentally" drop it 
5. Say you have to cut back on sodium/ sugar/ ect... for medical reasons 
6. Say the food gives you heartburn 
7. Say your a vegetarian/ vegan 
8. Say you have an upset stomach 
9. Ask if anyone else wants it  
10. Say you heard the restaurant/ product has given people food poisoning
11. Point out a fat person eating and say it made you totally lose your appetite 
12. Say you already ate at home 
13. Say you cant eat a certain food for religious reasons
14.Say you have to do some kind of sport/ exercise later and dont want to get nauseous or bloated 
15. Just say you really arent hungry
16. If all else fails, drop the food into your purse when nobody is looking and then flush it in the bathroom
NEVER EAT JUST BECAUSE FRIENDS ARE DONT GIVE INTO PRESSURE

Also if you haven't noticed I didn't post this weekend and most weekends I probably wont just because weekdays it is easier to post every day as part of my weeknight routine.

Liquids only and starting your March right

Okay so I actually haven't eaten any solid food since Tuesday. Basically every day  I have one Slimfast before school just so my metabolism dosent slow and end the day with a soup and have about a dozen cups of black coffee throughout my day cause you know you have to stay awake somehow. I actually think its working beautifully. At about 300 calories a day Im actually losing weight and since Sunday I've lost 3 lbs which I wish was more but its better than another weight loss plateau like I had earlier this month. In a full week I only lost 1.7 pounds. The only thing about the liquids only meals is that I find myself a little irritable. But nothing too bad so Im going too keep this up for as long as I can. On another note everyone should start this new month with a goal in mind. Personally Im glad February is over its not been a stellar month for me. I want to start March right and try to tackle the impossible task of preparing myself for the warm weather shorts wearing season rapidly approaching. I hate my legs so much. But lets give this a go.

Purging

Okay so - purging. Tons of people in the ana community do it. You binge and you purge. I have always been very reluctant to purge for one reason- my teeth. I have braces ( fml) and so I have to see an orthodontist every month. Everyone says, if you purge then you can see it all through your teeth decay. I'm just really freaked out someone may find out. However last night after my mom fixed me a quesadilla and I ate the whole fucking thing I just couldn't keep it in. So I go "take a shower". Well after 20 minutes of trying- hardly anything. I drank loads of water, tried a toothbrush and my fingers, bent all the way over and it wouldnt come up. So I guess I will try again next time. However I did find a little brown bottle with medicine supposed to make you throw up. I think it is called Ipecac ?? Has anyone tried it? I would be super happy if someone wants to tell me their tips and tricks of purging. Actually today as I was "casually browsing" my ex's facebook ( shame shame) I found some pictures that would have done it for me if my stomach wasn't so empty.

   On another note I followed exactly my meal plan for yesterday but I substituted the Doritos for 3/4 cup chocolate Fiber One cereal - 80 calories. That stuff is actually great for sweet cravings and fills you up. Anywaysss
